Ordering the products

The products can be ordered by using the shopping cart. The ordered products will be delivered by mail.

Delivery time

The products will always be delivered as fast as possible. The delivery time is dependent on the destination country.

Return and exchange policy

Our products have a 14-day return and exchange policy. The returned product must be completely unused and in saleable condition. If you wish to return a product, please contact us first by email so that we can give you instructions for the return! Attach your purchase receipt, contact information and bank account number to the return package. We do not claim cash on delivery returns. You will help us to develop our practices when you give as precise explanation as possible when returning or exchanging an item.

New offers that come into effect do not apply to already made orders.

The prices include Finnish VAT 24%. Kierti reserves the right to change pricing, and will not be held responsible for any errors in material, product or pricing information on the website.

To place an order, you must be 18 years of age or over.

Delivery costs

Finland:

Orders less than 300g: delivery fee 3,00 €.

Orders over 300g: delivery fee 6,00 €.

Note: The delivery fee for orders that include kitchen brushes is always 6,00 €.

Europe:

Orders less than 300g: delivery fee 5,00 €.

Orders over 300g: delivery fee 8,00 €.

Note: The delivery fee for orders that include kitchen brushes is always 8,00 €.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any taxes, custom fees, duties and/or VAT fees of their country.
